Joel and Lewis arrived today with our new refrigerator right on the time table. They were professional and courteous and carefully cleaned off our new refrig as well as leveled it off. We were very happy with the whole experience and they were so pleasant despite the wicked temp and humidity which is saying something.
I went to Martin Appliances today to look for a new black dishwasher. The gentlemen that assisted my mother and I was so extremely helpful. He showed us various brands, the features, asked what type we prefer either plastic inside or stainless steel. Which didn't matter to us but I'm so glad he gave us that option. We decided on what we wanted, and with all the delivery cost, install and haul away it was very reasonable for a Bosch Ascenta. Oh in case you didn't know they do give 5% discount for military. No one will offer, I always no matter where I go ask if they give military discounts. Here are some pictures.
UPDATE: I spoke with Matt this morning & he was able to set up an appointment for me. Thank you Matt! We have purchased multiple appliances at Martins including a refrigerator about 2 years ago. We recently moved and kept that refrigerator at the house we sold— so we no longer have it. With that being said in our new house we inherited the fridge from the previous owners. I contacted Martins (who is normally the only company we use for appliances) to see if they could come out and take a look at it for us and they told me no because we did not purchase it from them. Even though it’s not the fridge we purchased 2 years ago (only because we moved) I think this is terrible customer service as we are existing customers. We also just purchased a washer and dryer from them less than a year ago. Beyond frustrated!!! Looks like we’re going to have to change our “go-to” place for appliances.
Our refrigerator broke. It certainly was a chaotic morning. My husband ran out to purchase some coolers and ice while I called many appliance companies. It was difficult finding a white refrigerator, French doors, bottom freezer and the size needed. Companies were either behind or placing an order could take 3 months or more. One company shared with me a person placed an order and it's coming up to a year. What??? A Very Stressful morning. My last call was Martin Appliance, Myerstown, PA. I spoke with Titus and my husband and I can't thank him enough. Our stress level went from extremely high to none. The service was amazing from the moment talking with Titus on the phone, arriving at the store to see the model, settle the purchase and the quick delivery. It was easy and everything ran so smooth. We are so grateful! Thank you Titus, Thank you delivery men Todd and James and Thank you Martin Appliance for serving us! We will refer you and we will be back. God Bless all of you, Mike and Chris

I purchased 5 appliances for a new home I built and had serious issues with 3 out of the 5 plus was cheated out of my $600 rebate because Martin’s dropped the ball. I was going to purchase a water treatment system from them but don’t trust them. Terrible business.
